  • Creating user research program for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), documenting program plans and processes for legal and compliance review slated for Spring 2018, research can commence after legal and compliance approval
  • Supporting OCI's beta programs and customer advisory board


Bellevue, WA | User Experience Principal | August 2016 – August 2017

  • Managed a team focusing Smartsheet’s features directly tied to the company's revenue streams, including but not limited to: onboarding, pricing, and payments
  • Supported UX Director in developing and growing our UX department

I worked as a web developer, copy writer, and UX consultant beginning in 2003. My clients, such as the Ojai Music Festival and The Wellness Community, were primarily in the non-profit, arts, and entertainment sectors. My roles and responsibilities ranged from digitizing and cataloguing photo archives to helping create one of the first YouTube channels. My tools included HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
